This policy is drafted in compliance with Quebec's Act Respecting the Protection of Personal Information in the Private Sector (Law 25 / LPRPSP, SQ 2021, c. 25) and the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

- Billing information (processed exclusively by Stripe)

6. Sub-Processors and Third Parties
Your information may be processed by the following sub-processors, strictly within the scope of their functions:
- Microsoft 365: internal communications and documents
- Stripe: payment processing
- Intercom: client communication
- Eversign: electronic contract signing
- Neveu ERP: client data management, hosted on a dedicated Canadian server
No information is sold to third parties. No advertising communications are made without separate consent.
7. Cross-Border Transfers
Some sub-processors may process your data outside Quebec. In such cases, we ensure that the level of protection is equivalent to that required under the LPRPSP, in accordance with Section 17 of that Act, and a Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) is conducted when required.
8. Retention and Destruction
Your information is retained as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, and for a minimum of six (6) years from the end of the business relationship, in compliance with Canada Revenue Agency and Revenu Quebec requirements. Upon expiry, your information is securely destroyed.
9. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, including data encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and access logging.
10. Rights of Access, Rectification, and Portability
Under Sections 27 et seq. of the LPRPSP, you have the following rights:
- Access to your personal information held by Neveu.IO inc.
- Correction of any inaccurate or incomplete information
- Portability of your data in a commonly used technological format
- Deletion of your information, subject to legal retention obligations

11. Privacy Incidents
In the event of a privacy incident likely to cause serious harm, we will notify the Commission d'accès à l'information du Quebec and affected individuals, in accordance with Section 3.5 of the LPRPSP.

13. Amendments
